Five easy steps to end split ends now!

One. Select a small THIN section of hair and comb it FREE OF TANGLES. Note; Spread it to a THIN layer before placing it on top of the hair plate. This will allow the hairs to freelyenter the blade to be trimmed and avoid hair pulling.

Two. Unlock the Split Ender hair plate. Open the hair plate. Placed the THIN section of hair on top of the hair plate no wider than the width of the hair plate centre teethes and no thicker than the height of the centre teethes. Note. If you feel that is pulling your hair then you either have too much hair on your hair plate or your hair is not of tangles. Take some hair out, brush it and try again.

Three. The Directional Switch is reversible. Brush the Split Ender in a downward motion, with the directional switch arrow pointing to the floor. Remember, as you use the Split Ender and switch from one side of your head to another, you need to make sure that you reverse the directional switch as well.

Four. Gently squeeze to hair plate lever until the unit activates. You will hear a motorised sound, which indicates the unit is working. Starting at the roots and working towards the ends, slowly comb your hair with the Split Ender. Use a smooth, slow, even motion, just like you would use a hairbrush, until you finish the section of hair.

Five. Make sure to treat every section of hair at least three times and continue with the same amount of treatments per section as you begin with, to ensure an even trim all around your head of hair. After you finish with every section of hair, clip it to the opposite side and continue with treatment until completed.

Important notes.

One. Do not use in one specific section more than another, since you may cause the hair to be trimmed unevenly. We recommend three strokes per section all the way around your head of hair. More strokes may be required based on hair damage condition.

Two. It is recommended that you use the Split Ender every 4 to 6 weeks. However, if your hair is extremely damaged from numerous colour treatments, hot styling tools et cetera, the Split Ender can be used every three weeks or as needed. Daily use of the Split Ender is not recommended.

Three. If you are feel you are tugging or pulling your hair, you may have too much hair on the hair plate, or the section is too wide or too thick. Simply remove the section, and repeat with a smaller and/or thinner section.

Four. Works best with straight or wavy hair. If you have curly or freeze hair. You could probably straighten your hair before using the Split Ender. Different results may vary with different types of hair.

Five. The Split Ender is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children.
